CAD Conversion for a Global Construction Company

Partnering with a prominent global construction firm, our project aimed to digitalize their extensive collection of legacy blueprints and paper designs. With decades of industry experience, the client sought to transition their documentation into CAD files to facilitate storage, sharing, and modification. Through a blend of manual craftsmanship and automated technologies, we meticulously scanned, digitized, and converted the paper blueprints into high-resolution images and CAD format. Our meticulous approach ensured precision and efficiency, enabling the client to embrace digitalization while safeguarding their invaluable legacy designs.

Automation Machine Design

Centered on transforming the packaging landscape, our initiative focused on revolutionizing the industry through automation machine design for PackCo, a leading manufacturer facing challenges with manual processes and quality inconsistencies. Leveraging our expertise in industrial automation, we designed and implemented a state-of-the-art automated machine equipped with conveyor belts, sensors, and robotics to streamline the packaging process. Topology Optimization

Revolutionizing Automotive Suspension Components: Our endeavor aimed to optimize the design of automotive suspension components, prioritizing weight reduction without compromising structural integrity and performance. Through a rigorous process involving problem definition, geometry preparation, material selection, and finite element analysis (FEA), we leveraged topology optimization algorithms to minimize weight while meeting stringent performance criteria. The result? A substantial reduction in component weight, bolstering fuel efficiency and vehicle performance while upholding structural integrity.

Plastic Container design

Crafting Efficient Plastic Paint Containers: Our mission involved designing an optimal injection mold tool to produce durable plastic paint containers, prioritizing minimized cycle time and material waste. We commenced with concept development, followed by meticulous CAD modeling integrating design for manufacturability principles. Material selection ensured durability and recyclability, while our optimized mold design featured a balanced runner system and efficient cooling channels. The outcome? High-quality containers, enhanced productivity, and cost-effectiveness, showcasing our dedication to tailored mold design solutions.

Rail and Road in Motion Weigh Bridge

Our project endeavors centered on the successful implementation of distributed control systems for dynamically weighing train freight wagons and road vehicles utilized in mining operations. This involved a comprehensive redesign and development process, including the adaptation of schematics and PCBs for both rail-in-motion and road-in-motion weigh bridge systems, leveraging ORCAD CIS and Allegro PCB Designer. Additionally, our responsibilities encompassed component engineering, the creation of surge-protected DC to DC converters, and the execution of SerDes simulations and firmware development. Field testing and calibration were conducted on-site at mining locations across Chhattisgarh and Odisha, ensuring the systems’ optimal performance and reliability.
