Using ORCAD CIS and Allegro PCB Designer, our team designs and develops schematics and PCBs tailored to the specific requirements of road-based weighing. Component engineering ensures the selection of optimal Analog to Digital Converters and filter networks for high-speed ADC design. Our expertise extends to firmware development for ARM Cortex-M series controllers, encompassing both bare-metal and RTOS environments. Critical interfaces, including USB and high-resolution differential analog signals, undergo meticulous analysis and validation using tools like Mentor Graphics Hyperlynx.
